How to find me?
NCR Wellness - Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga
In my Vinyasa Flow classes, I aspire to create a space where students will be physically and mentally challenged through deep slow conscious movement, while fostering a sense of inner quiet and self-awareness.There is great focus in connecting movement with breath, safe alignment, improving flexibility, slowing down, gratitude and quieting the monkey-mind; just what the nervous system needs to expand its capacity and self-regulate.I also incorporate mobility, strengthening and pranayama.Classes are an opportunity to explore your thought process, connect with your body on a deeper level, with compassion and non-judgement.Vinyasa Flow classes for both beginners and non-beginners are offered. In my Yin yoga classes, I aspire to create a space where students can come as they are, to meet themselves where they are at.
Yin is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for time in stillness and silence. This allows the body to access the deeper connective tissues like fascia, joints, bones, tendons and ligaments by stressing them, in order to keep them hydrated, strong and healthy. Yoga props are heavily used to support the body.Yin is also a practice that allows the student to feel their body, sit at their edge of discomfort and bear witness to their experience - accept it - as it is, and not as they would like it to be. It is an invitation to pay attention to their habitual unconscious patterns of reaction and raise their self-awareness.Yin also releases tension from the body, and stimulates the flow of Qi energy by stimulating the Meridians (energy channels) along the fascia network.

NCR Wellness - Breathwork
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful practice where we use the breath in a conscious connected manner to:• Tap into the body's wisdom
• Energize the body
• Unblock stagnant energy
• Create space for expressing emotions and repattern stored traumas
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve sleep
• Support our nervous system become more resilient, reset & self-regulate
• Quiet the mind & be in the present moment
• Improve mental clarity
• Expand our awareness
• Connect deeper with our true authentic selvesIt is a tool for healing and self-discovery. Practicing CCB regularly, we create safety in the body, and so transformation & empowerment become possible.I aspire to create a space where clients can feel seen and heard; where they can explore their emotions and past traumas, (re)connect to their bodies, reset their nervous system, bring awareness to unconscious protective behaviours that no longer serve them, nurture their inner child, embrace their Shadow, and practice self-love & acceptance. The breath is the bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, between the body and the mind. And when we are held in love... we remember our Light... we reclaim & embody our Higher Self... we thrive.
What to expect from a session?
Offerings include Online Group sessions and Online 1:1 sessions. In-person sessions are not yet available. Depending on the type, session duration can be 60 - 90 minutes. You need a place where you can comfortably lie down (yoga mat or bed) without being disturbed for the duration of the session. You can remain seated if you find that comfortable.Wear comfortable clothes, and keep warm during the session - have a blanket nearby.Pillow or cushion under the head is ok provided it is not too high and does not restrict openness to the throat.Keep pen and paper nearby for some Journaling at the end of the session. If this is not already in your practice, this may be the right time to explore it.Session Structure:
Sessions typically start off with a grounding to bring you into the present moment; followed by an explanation of the breathwork technique.
CCB involves an intense breathing technique that can induce powerful physical, emotional and mental experiences; including but not limited to:• Bodily sensations like tingling in hands and feet, tetany, dizziness, dryness in mouth / throat.
• Crying, anger, sadness, joy or other intense emotions.
• Mental imagery or altered states of consciousness that may be unfamiliar or challenging. The breathwork journey itself is made up of an opening, a build and a peak phase; with an integration at the end to slow down the breath and relax. The integration phase is important as it allows you to receive any insights from the breathwork journey, reflect on any emotions, memories, or bodily sensations that may have come up, helping you to integrate the experience. Journaling is welcomed.Any personal information you choose to share about your experience during the session is confidential. When sharing in Group sessions, other participants are expected to honour this agreement.Important Information:
Before your very first session, you'll be expected to provide additional information about your health and sign a waiver.

"Healing is not about fixing yourself, but about embracing your darkness and integrating it with your light."

NCR Wellness - About Me
I am Nancy Cruz Reina - the girl behind the NCR letters. Thank you for making it this far.Yoga backgroundI first discovered Yoga in 2013 after finally realising I didn't need to be flexible to try it out. My personal practice slowly grew from that very challenging first Yoga class, to falling in love with this wonderful practice and all the health benefits it brings. Since then, I have explored various styles of Yoga, including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Forrest Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Ashtanga, and tipped my toe into Kundalini, Tantra, Budokon and Buti Yoga.
However, Vinyasa Flow has been the style I’ve found my regular asana practice in.In 2020, I decided to further advance my practice, completing my 200hr Vinyasa Flow YTT in November 2022, under David Curtis (www.vinyasayoga.ie), Joanna Collins and Olwyn Kearns (Yoga Dublin). In May 2024 I also completed a 30hr Yin Yoga YTT "The way of the Tao" with Nico Luce in YogaHub, Camden Street. My Yin studies continued... in 2025, I began my 300hr Yin as body psychotherapy pathway under the mentorship of Grace Tempany (and the Grace Tempany Method). This pathway includes 100hr The Art of Yin - completed in November 2025, 100hr SomaTalk - completed in January 2026 in Bali, and the final 100hr will be completed in June 2027.I have a keen interest in movement, nutrition and mind-body connection – these are the practices that keep our bodies safe and healthy.I believe that through a regular asana practice, approached with a sense of curiosity, yogis can experience the true benefits of Yoga not only in their bodies and mind, but also off the mat. Yoga naturally enhances our sense of care for the Self, redirecting our attention to our physical health, our diets, our energy, time management and bringing into awareness how we choose to show up in the world. It is a practice to get better at living an authentic life.I will forever remain a humble student.
Breathwork backgroundMy breathwork journey, little did I know at the time, began during the COVID lockdowns. Most of us needed something to keep us sane and grounded. During this time in 2020 I found my future mentor and teacher Pat Divilly who was offering a Goal setting masterclass series, and an 8-week meditation course. I also completed a 10 day Wim Hof course online, exploring the benefits of cold exposure and breathwork. From 2022 onwards I began doing regular breathwork sessions with Pat; later in the year to complete his Inner Child series and in February 2023 his Shadow Work series. It was during the Shadow work course that I experienced the true power of the breath for processing childhood traumas. In 2023, after reading "Breath - The new science of a lost Art" by James Nestor I became even more fascinated by the power of the breath, beginning to understand the science behind it, and coming to see it as the missing pillar of health in my life. Then in June 2024, I signed up to Pat Divilly's 250hr "Journey the Breath" Facilitator training - this was a 6-month comprehensive and deep inner work training, learning different breathwork techniques with daily practices, the science of breathwork, Shadow Work, Polyvagal Theory and the nervous system, trauma-informed practices, and completing a minimum of 20+ sessions for groups and 1:1's both in-person and online.
By far, one of the best investments in myself I have ever done. And the support of my fellow trainees through this journey was invaluable.
I am currently undergoing a Level 2 Embodied Coaching certification with Pat Divilly, due for completion in May 2027.My wish... that you too can embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing and experience the power of the breath.
A medicine woman's prayer"I will not rescue you,
For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
For you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
For I see you, in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness,
As you remember your Light."
